I thought going back through a SysRes would actually do something about this but that didn't even happen, to which I considered as my last resort. To add, I have also tried doing System Restore just moments ago that took almost 2 hours to finish, which ended up in BSOD (0xc000021a? SrtTrail.txt error) but I have found a small fix to that. I need the mic for my work as part of my work is to outbound calls. I have been trying all kinds of steps and anything that I could probably miss at all, but I am really kind of hopeless. Even changing "Headphone" to "Headset" in Realtek Audio Console didn't even help at all, the mic completely vanishes. I am using HyperX Cloud Stinger to which I have tested on my phone and still perfectly fine. This happened just a week ago, I really needed the mic, as my headset was completely fine that time then the day it happened it suddenly just stopped working at all. I have tried also "Let me pick from a list." and there was an option for HD Audio Manager, but to no avail it didn't work as well. What I currently have here is "Realtek(R) Audio" but not Realtek HD Audio Manager. For so many troubleshooting I've done and across all platforms, for unknown reason, every time I uninstall or try to change the drivers, it keeps on re-installing the same thing.
